MedinChina is a company specializing in supplier sourcing, commercial negotiation, supplier verification, logistics coordination, and support for import projects from China.

Our role is to act as a professional intermediary and strategic partner between clients and suppliers.

To access certain features, users must create an account.

MedinChina reserves the right to suspend any account containing inaccurate or fraudulent information.

The first quote is free and valid for 25 days.

After expiration, a new quote may be necessary due to market variations, changes in supplier prices, logistical developments, or exchange rate fluctuations.

From the second quote without commitment, a fee of 10,000 FCFA is applied. This amount is deducted from the final invoice in case of an order.

No order is launched without payment confirmation.

MedinChina guarantees supplier research, verification of available information, commercial negotiation, operations tracking, and logistics coordination.

MedinChina is not the manufacturer, the final carrier, or the customs administration.

MedinChina refuses any request related to illegal, counterfeit, prohibited, or regulated goods without authorization.

We reserve the right to refuse any project that does not comply with applicable legislation.

Information provided by users is used solely for account management, sourcing requests, order tracking, and commercial communication.

MedinChina is committed to not selling personal data to third parties.

Referral commissions are paid only after order validation, receipt of payment from the referred client, and according to the conditions of the current partner program.

No commission is due on a simple quote or an information request.

The contents of the site, including texts, logos, brands, images, and documents, are the exclusive property of MedinChina.

Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

MedinChina reserves the right to suspend or close an account in case of misuse, fraud, false information, or non-compliance with these conditions.

These conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the international commercial activities of MedinChina.

Any dispute will be subject to an attempt at amicable resolution before any legal proceedings.
