Website & Client Account Terms

These terms apply to the MedinChina website, client area, user accounts, project tracking, the “My Orders” area, messaging and notifications, online documents and electronic approval features.

Use of MedinChina’s commercial services is also governed by the General Terms of Services and Collaboration and the documents specific to each project.

The platform is operated by Hangzhou Opun Technology Co., Ltd. (杭州奥普恩科技有限公司), trading as MedinChina. Unified Social Credit Code: 91330109MAKGC6M34. Registered in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. Legal representative: Medy Evrard Missang Mi Abaa. Contact: contact@agencemedinchina.com.

By creating an account or using protected platform features, you acknowledge that you have read these terms. Where a specific acceptance is legally required, MedinChina may request an explicit confirmation before access to a feature.

Some features require an account. You must provide information that is reasonably accurate and current, such as your name, company, email, phone number, country and professional information needed for the service. Creating an account does not guarantee that MedinChina will accept a project.

When an account is created for a company, the person using it must be authorised to act for that company. MedinChina may request information to verify the company, representative, authority, payer or relationship between parties.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, including identity, company, contact details, product specifications, quantity, destination, delivery information and payment instructions. Errors may cause delays or additional costs.

Credentials are personal to the authorised user. Protect your password, do not share it, use an appropriately secure password and notify MedinChina if unauthorised access is suspected. MedinChina may require additional security measures.

You are responsible for use of your account to the extent permitted by applicable law. Unusual or suspicious activity may trigger a security review.

The My Orders area may show information about projects and orders. Depending on the project, a workflow may include: request received, sourcing, suppliers identified, offer, approval, payment, production, inspection, shipment and completed. Available stages vary by order.

Statuses are primarily a tracking aid and may depend on supplier, carrier, MedinChina, documents received and available updates. A reasonable delay may exist between a real event and its display in the platform.

“Completed” generally means that the operational stage tracked by the platform has closed. It does not automatically waive a supplier warranty, a valid claim or a right that applies by law.

MedinChina may make quotations, invoices, pro forma invoices, contracts, purchase orders, photos, videos, reports, inspection documents, logistics documents and other project documents available. You must review them carefully.

Some steps may require an electronic approval, such as approving a supplier, quotation, sample, production or inspection, or authorising shipment. An approval should operate as a contractual authorisation only when the platform clearly identifies what is approved, its consequences and the relevant document or specifications.

For decisions with significant financial or operational impact, MedinChina may request an additional confirmation reminding you to check products, quantities, specifications, price and conditions before confirming.

MedinChina may retain information documenting actions taken through the platform, including the account, date, time, action, order, document version and other relevant technical information, subject to applicable rules.

You agree that operational communications may be made by email, client area, notifications, professional messaging or electronic documents. Communications requiring a particular form remain subject to applicable legal requirements.

MedinChina may use WhatsApp or other professional messaging tools to facilitate exchanges. For important decisions, MedinChina may require the approval to also be recorded in the client area, a contract, email or another appropriate support.

You may be allowed to transmit images, videos, PDFs, technical sheets, drawings and commercial documents. You must have the right to transmit those files and allow their use for the relevant project.

Do not use the platform to transmit malware, fraudulent content, falsified documents, manifestly illegal content, unlawfully obtained data or files intended to compromise system security. MedinChina may block or remove content presenting a serious risk.

You retain rights in documents, designs and content belonging to you. Sending a document authorises MedinChina to use it as reasonably necessary to perform the project, including sharing it with a potential supplier to obtain a quotation or assess manufacture.

Tell MedinChina when a project contains particularly sensitive information. A separate confidentiality agreement may be recommended before sharing industrial drawings, technology, prototypes, design files or sensitive commercial information.

The platform, visual identity and content belonging to MedinChina may not be copied or exploited without authorisation where applicable rights prohibit it. This includes the logo, brand, original interface, texts, graphics and proprietary documents.

Use the site for lawful purposes. You must not access another user’s account, bypass security, disrupt the platform, launch automated attacks, collect data at scale without permission, commit fraud or impersonate a person or company.

Robots, scripts, scrapers and automated systems used to extract MedinChina information at scale may be limited or prohibited without prior authorisation, to protect client data, supplier information, infrastructure and intellectual property.

MedinChina seeks to keep the platform available and functional, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may result from maintenance, updates, outages, hosting issues, cyber incidents, external providers or force majeure.

Features may be unavailable temporarily during maintenance or updates. Where reasonably possible, MedinChina may inform users when a significant interruption is planned.

MedinChina may use login limits, additional verification, session sign-out, temporary blocking, suspension or password-reset requests when a security risk is identified.

An account may be suspended temporarily for a reasonable security, fraud, abuse, serious breach, legal-obligation or unauthorised-access concern. Where appropriate, MedinChina may contact the user to resolve the situation.

You may request account closure. Closure does not automatically require immediate deletion of contracts, invoices, transaction history, accounting documents, claim evidence or information that must legally be retained. Such information is handled under the Privacy Policy.

An account with an active order must not be used to prevent performance of existing contractual obligations. Closing the account does not automatically terminate an order or contract.

MedinChina may send notifications about a new offer, available document, approval request, payment, production, inspection, shipment, claim or account security. Keep your contact details functional.

Order-related notifications are distinct from marketing communications. You may request that promotional messages stop where applicable law permits, without necessarily stopping communications needed for current orders.

Supplier information made available for a project must be used consistently with the contract, confidentiality duties and applicable intellectual-property rights. Access does not grant an unlimited right to reproduce or redistribute it.

MedinChina may add, modify or remove features, including production tracking, messaging, payment, inspections, documents, notifications, claims and recommendations. Features with important contractual consequences may have specific terms.

Some features may depend on external payment, email, storage, authentication, transport, analytics or communication services. Their operation may also be subject to their providers’ terms.

Information displayed in the client area is a management and tracking tool. If a material difference exists between a simplified dashboard status and an applicable formal contract or commercial document, the applicable document prevails, subject to mandatory law.

You must provide correct information, check documents, protect your account, read approval prompts before confirming, report errors promptly and follow applicable conditions.

MedinChina may change these terms when the platform or legal framework evolves. Important changes are communicated through appropriate means. Where a new acceptance is legally necessary, it may be requested before continued use of relevant features.
